DEPARTMENT OF ORTHOPAEDICS

The Trauma and Orthopaedic Department provides comprehensive care for bone, joint and trauma-related conditions. In a short period, the department has developed into a growing center for adult and paediatric trauma, elective orthopaedic surgery, sports injuries and joint replacement services, managed by experienced orthopaedic surgeons.

Specialized services include the management of sports injuries, such as arthroscopic ACL reconstruction of the knee and rotator cuff repair of the shoulder, along with arthroplasty and reconstructive procedures. Care is delivered under the supervision of foreign-qualified faculty, ensuring adherence to safe and modern surgical practices. The department also offers arthroscopic treatment for wrist and ankle joint conditions, expanding access to advanced orthopaedic care. The department is supported by two fully equipped operation theatres, with outpatient services available on designated days.
